The product did not work as promised
The serum looks nice and gives the impression of being a targeted and effective product against hair loss. I used the serum regularly as directed and liked that it had a light texture and that I didn't feel any residue of the product on my scalp afterwards. But I experienced losing more hair than usual during the testing period - which is the opposite effect of what this serum is supposed to contribute to. I have no history of hair loss beyond what one would call normal shedding. I still had high expectations for products in this category, especially when they are marketed against hair loss. The results were absent – or rather: were the opposite of what I hoped for. Genesis Fondant Renforcateur Conditioner 200ml
The conditioner came in a nice, sleek tube that matches the shampoo. It gives a professional impression and feels like a product you would get recommended by a hairdresser. The conditioner smelled good, made my hair silky soft and easy to comb through. I felt that my hair was well cared for after use. However, the overall experience was tainted by the fact that the hair loss I experienced was not reduced – rather worsened – in combination with the other products in the series. I regularly test hair care products and know how my hair usually reacts. I have normal, long hair and am concerned that products provide both moisture and strength without causing unwanted side effects. My hair became soft and nice, but I cannot overlook that I lost an abnormal amount of hair during the period I used this conditioner in combination with the shampoo and serum from the same series. Nice experience at first, but negative effect with hair loss brings it down significantly

Good hair oil with avocado oil
I recently tried MATRIX: Food for soft multi use hair oil serum, and I really like the oil! The hair oil is applied from the middle of the lengths of the hair down to the tips, and it gives no feeling of the hair feeling greasy afterwards, as some hair oils can quickly do (especially the next day). It gives the hair a nice shine and makes it soft. But I must admit that I have tried other oils that I like better. This oil is definitely good, but I feel that there are alternatives that give me even better results. My new go-to!
I have been so lucky to be a test pilot for MATRIX: Food for soft detangling hydrating balm, and I must say that I am quite surprised! After having stopped using balm and only using hair oil for the past year, I have always felt that balm made my hair feel greasy and heavy. But this balm is really something else! It gives my hair an amazing softness without weighing it down. I love how it makes my hair light and manageable.
