I am a diligent user of primer, so I have a lot of primers. It is very sticky, so if you don't like that kind of primer, I wouldn't recommend it. But in my case, only sticky primers work, and it keeps my makeup in place all day. I also have the blue/green primer from elf. I actually think this one is a little better, this one dries a bit faster into the skin than the other primer. So my rating is 5/5, I haven't seen any problems with it.
