Cooling accessory
Hi, I ordered this a few weeks ago and am super happy with the needle part, but I thought I would try the cooling accessory and realize that mine doesn't look like the picture. The balls inside are tiny and rattle around, and they don't help to cool / freeze it either. Could it be that mine has dried out? The Kylhuvudet should be able to get cold in the fridge/freezer and be used for a refreshing, cooling effect. If the balls in your accessory are very small, rattling around, and not getting cold, it doesn't seem to be working as it should đ€ You can certainly make a claim through your order history â select the product and click on âClaimâ, and the right department will assist you further. How come this is much more expensive at Lyko than at other retailers like Netonnet, Elgiganten, several pharmacies, etc.?
