    Cooling accessory

    Hi, I ordered this a few weeks ago and am super happy with the needle part, but I thought I would try the cooling accessory and realize that mine doesn't look like the picture. The balls inside are tiny and rattle around, and they don't help to cool / freeze it either. Could it be that mine has dried out? Best regards

      Hi Lisa😊 Thank you for your question✨ I understand and I'm glad to hear from you! It sounds like there might be something wrong with the cooling accessory. The Kylhuvudet should be able to get cold in the fridge/freezer and be used for a refreshing, cooling effect. If the balls in your accessory are very small, rattling around, and not getting cold, it doesn't seem to be working as it should 🤔 You can certainly make a claim through your order history – select the product and click on “Claim”, and the right department will assist you further.     Very satisfied with these eye patches, I understand what people mean when they say they slide around, but I also want to suggest that they stick like stone if you apply a little serum first (e.g. The Ordinary's caffeine serum), let it dry in, and then put on the patches! ☺️

    How come this is much more expensive at Lyko than at other retailers like Netonnet, Elgiganten, several pharmacies, etc.? I usually have a rule to always buy all my beauty products from you, but it feels sad when it's almost 33% more expensive here!

That said – there are also parts of our assortment where we practice "dynamic pricing". This means that prices are automatically adjusted based on various factors, such as demand, timing, or competition, which makes the prices adapt to always be as fair and competitive as possible.
