    Lovely for tired eyes!

The bottle looks nice on the shelf and the silver balls feel a bit luxurious. The balls are also cold, which feels lovely against the skin under the eyes. The feeling on the skin after application is also nice. The surface gets a bit "sticky", but it also gives a tightening effect - grateful right around the eyes! At the same time, I have a hard time getting it to work under makeup, which means this becomes a pure night serum - that unfortunately brings the rating down a bit. I also imagine that the skin around the eyes feels a bit more hydrated and that fine lines become less noticeable even after use. More fun than the "regular" hyaluronic serum in the series, then! (Even though you can get both if you want to match on the shelf :-) ) The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson - the test pilot was allowed to try the product for free.

    Fancier packaging than content

The bottle looks nice on the shelf and the dropper function works well (even though the light consistency makes it easy to spill). But the serum gives neither more nor less than other hyaluronic serums, so I'm unsure if it's worth its price...? The feel on the skin is lovely and it works well under makeup. I haven't noticed any long-term effects, but I usually don't with pure moisture serums either. If you want something purple on the shelf, it works! Silky/crumbly

Yes, the jar looks a bit cheap and the protection inside the lid is loose, which leads to stickiness (and it doesn't protect). But purple is nice! You can immediately see that it will be quite "silky" - which gives a nice feeling on the fingers, but easily layers up and flakes off on the skin. Why do manufacturers still do this...? It's the usage over time that should work, not the first feeling...? Doesn't work under anything, so only if you want a silky layer on the outside - and don't tend to touch your face during the day (because then it crumbles!) The scent is classic lorealig and also feels quite cheap. The effect is not luxurious either, but as an extra layer of moisture over more effective products, it serves a certain function. Probably wouldn't pay full price though - there are better and more effective creams just for moisture! Moisture in nice packaging (but not much more)

Yes, the jar looks a bit cheap and the protection inside the lid is loose, which leads to messiness (and it doesn't protect). But purple is nice! The cream is also beautifully purple, which adds to the experience. You can immediately see that it will be quite "silicony" - which gives a nice feeling on the fingers, but easily layers up and flakes on the skin. Why do manufacturers still do this...? It's the long-term use that should work, not the first feeling...? Well, in a night cream, it matters less for me. The scent is classic lorealig and feels quite cheap as well. The effect is not luxurious either, but as an extra layer of moisture over more effective products, it serves a certain function. I probably wouldn't pay full price though - there are better and more effective creams just for moisture! Cheap diamond

First impression: The man's budget shampoo favorite, but with a silver suit... should it be something to have...? I'm testing quickly with my thin, lightly weighed down hair and it becomes shiny - not greasy. Plus, it smells good. Hmm, maybe worth trying on someone with better quality hair. And yes - the daughter will fall in love. First in the mist, then in the scent. It's easy to brush through right away, and it's hard to overdose. The hair becomes shiny and the shine lasts. The scent does too, just the right amount for just the right length of time. 119 bucks - steal! The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson - the test pilot got to try the product for free.

    Fun consistency - boring effect

Yellow is ugly, or yellow is fun...? The plastic container looks cheap, but at the same time uplifting, and it's light in the hand (better for the environment than heavy "luxury" packaging, I think). The cream is significantly more appealing, with a lovely sorbet-like consistency that you immediately want to run your fingers through. The first feeling is also lovely and - as the name suggests - fresh. A bit too fresh though. I don't really know where Garnier gets "bright" or "hydrating" from - the sorbet consistency, along with the high content of niacinamide and alcohol, gives an immediately mattifying feeling on the skin. For me, it becomes far too dry. Maybe it works better for someone with oily skin? However, I don't dare ask my teenage daughter to test it, as all the scents and citrus additives feel like they would immediately irritate acne-prone skin. It ends up that I use the cream on my body, mostly for the lovely feeling when applying - then I unfortunately feel dry all day. I will stick to Garnier's hair products in the future! Orange juice on the skin anyone...?

The bottle is functional - I have to give it that! Since the serum is so loose, the dropper works best and the size is reasonable in relation to the content. That it looks so cheap with its white plastic and label is sad. But it doesn't matter that much, because the effect is the same - cheap and sad. At least on my moisture- and glow-thirsty skin! The product feels completely wrongly named, as the niacinamide together with the salicylic acid (and the significant alcohol content) rather makes the skin dry and dull. Maybe something for those with oily skin? At the same time, I don't dare to give it to my teenage daughter, because both the ingredients and the scent (alcohol-viff that goes over into citrus cleaner) feel like something that could irritate acne-prone skin. Before I test these products, I have a feeling that Garnier does hair care better than skin care - that feeling is confirmed by the test! Great alternatives to other popular vitamin C serums

Indy sometimes goes a little under the surface - even for me! I buy this serum at a heavily discounted price, but realize that I could pay more for: Good ingredients, lovely feel on the skin, and "just right" effect (feels like it does good, but without irritation). But the reason I even sit down and review is how I react to the packaging: So small! So light! But: the same amount of content as most others. Here, they don't try to deceive or make it more luxurious - instead, the product is exactly as big and heavy as it needs to be (and you want vitamin C in an opaque packaging). Good for the environment, and easy to handle. More brands should do this!

Long name for a simple cream...

... but simple doesn't have to mean bad! A lovely face cream with a nice color (that doesn't show on the skin) and many fine ingredients. Medium thickness and medium moisturizing, for my aging winter skin. Nice and practical packaging, which like all of Indy's products is not unnecessarily large or heavy - good for me and good for the environment! (and who doesn't want to feel a little mermaid-like sometimes...?) I received the cream as a gift from Indy Beauty but NOT in exchange for a review :-)

    Convinces the pink skeptic

I was skeptical at first - light pink is not something I associate with classic Max Factor, and the first swipe didn’t give me 2000 calories directly… The brush is nice and easy to use, with (for my lashes) good curl, but it doesn’t feel like the mascara gives as much oomph as I wish. I’m still testing it and heading to work. When I get home, after a day of both city life and tears (just an ordinary day…) the lashes… stayed put, black and with the same curl as this morning. Pleasantly surprised!
