    Saves cracked nails!

I have used this on two occasions, once to "build on" a "striped", slightly sunken nail and once to fix a broken tip. I absolutely think the nail polish helps and does what it’s supposed to do, but I find the process to be very fiddly and time-consuming when it comes to repairing a chipped nail or a tip that has cracked. Hence the point - it does what it’s supposed to do, but it’s time-consuming. The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson - the test pilot was allowed to try the product for free.

    New favorite

I got to test these two nail polishes: shade Frost Yourself along with gel couture topcoat. The nail polish was easy to apply, but I had to apply 3 layers to achieve the desired color and coverage instead of the 2 recommended. I find the result to be durable, but I haven't had it on for two weeks yet, as it is guaranteed to last. I absolutely recommend using it with a top coat as it felt like it "sealed" the nail polish and gave a different, more durable finish. I would definitely buy again & in more colors! Like a layer of glass!

I had the opportunity to test this nail polish as a test pilot! I really like the consistency/finish it gives - it truly feels like a layer of glass on the nail and it feels like the nail gets extra protection. Shiny and nice result. It's also easy to apply and only required two layers, no top coat. However, I find that the color chips at the tips within 2 days, which unfortunately many nail polishes do. I would therefore recommend a top coat. The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson - the test pilot was allowed to try the product for free.

    Both negatively & positively surprised!

#lykotestpilot #kerastase I had the honor of being a test pilot for this hyped kit! Extra happy about this because I have problems with dry, brittle hair and hair loss. I have long had problems in periods with hair loss due to my thyroid disease, and this didn't get any better with the notorious postpartum hair loss that I experienced after having my son last summer 😅 Exactly 4 weeks ago, I received the kit and have used it every day since then! I had high expectations for the pink Genesis serum as I have read a lot about it on social media. My first impression is that the serum smells good but a bit too strong, and unfortunately, it is very runny/watery, making the product difficult to work with. This, combined with a pipette that feels too big, causes a lot of product to be wasted and lost, which deducts from the rating, especially since the serum is very expensive. However, a plus is that the hair does not get greasy from the serum, which may be due to it being thin/watery. I have only used the serum for 4 weeks when 6 are recommended, but I don't notice any greater effect on hair growth yet. However, I do experience less irritation and itching in the scalp (which I often get this time of year), and that is appreciated! I will continue to use the serum until the bottle is empty (I have about 1/3 left and have used the recommended dose every day) and hope for results then. I was positively surprised by the 8H overnight serum (the black/orange bottle) that I have used every evening for a month now. The product smells good and the consistency is perfect, creamier. I have applied it to the entire hair and especially to the lengths as instructed and was then worried that the hair would become greasy and oily, which it absolutely did not! Rather, the hair became soft, hydrated, and smooth, but not so shiny, which didn't bother me. It feels like the hair has improved from this cream as it doesn't feel like as much hair comes out when I brush it. All in all, I give the serums together a 4 in rating as I am less impressed with the Genesis serum and do not understand the hype. However, I am positively surprised by the 8H serum, which I didn't think I needed at all. I will definitely buy it again and can imagine continuing with the Genesis serum for the recommended time to see if it makes a difference.
