I understand that you followed the instructions, so it's a shame you didn't get the expected shine effect.
It could be due to hair type, amount of product, or how the hair was blow-dried 😊 If the hair is very dry, porous, or if you use a little too much product, the shine effect may not appear. The product usually works best on towel-dried hair along with proper blow-drying and preferably a round brush ✨
