    Smells good, but does nothing else

    Smells fantastic, but unfortunately that's the only positive about this shampoo. Weighs the hair down and makes it rough and tangled, plus does 0 for volume. Doesn't clean well enough either, despite double shampooing. I can smell the scent of my own scalp when I shampoo, which I've never experienced before. Such a shame, because the shampoo and conditioner themselves smell really incredible.

Volumizing shampoos can sometimes give a rough feeling and weigh the hair down if not emulsified properly ❤️ A tip is to use less shampoo and add a lot of water to help with the cleansing ✨ Thanks for sharing your experience! 🌼

    A favorite

    I've tried a number of eye creams but always come back to this one, absorbs quickly, moisturizes well, and is gentle and mild without ever irritating. I use two layers in the winter since it's not particularly greasy, works great.

    Best I've tried

    Of the number of oil cleansers I've tried, this one is definitely the best, economical, gentle, but cleans so well. Hope you get it back in soon.

    Irritating

    I unfortunately got a rash around my eyes, and I didn't notice any other difference than the irritation that occurred (used it for a week despite the irritation, maybe stupid).
