I have been recommended Nicatil by my dermatologist after a year post isotretinoin, as I previously used balancing hydration cream from Face Formula after daily gel cleanser but experienced that it dries out too much and is not moisturizing, which resulted in my skin becoming unbalanced and easily getting small pimples / bumps. I have now started using niactil instead and feel that it feels better but still does not moisturize enough as I still feel tightness and small pimples. Can you recommend some good moisturizing moisturizers to apply afterwards that do not risk being too heavy and clogging pores but moisturize properly? Could The Ordinary’s Rice Lipids + Ectoin Microemulsion be an option?

Hi Mina 😊
The one you mention from TO can definitely work as it doesn’t clog and provides good hydration but in a light form. So you can definitely try it 🤍
Have a nice day! 💌
