    Is it good??? Still wondering.

I'm leaving this review after trying this molecular oil for about a month. I'm applying it on shampooed, towel-dried hair. And for the function of testing, I'm not using any styling products so I can clearly tell how this feels. Well... I'm not sure! Positives? -light, but GORGEOUS smell. I looked it up, so you don't have to. Apparently it's vanilla, bergamot and 'salty flower' whatever that is 😂. The scent is mild enough that it gives a pleasant feeling while applying the oil, but fades quickly after, so it won't interfere with any other aromas you wear. -feel. It is not oily feeling! Which is a very strange thing to say about an OIL ! it's mixes nicely in your hands. It is very viscous and drippy, so beware. And apparently a little goes a long way, as you are instructed to use only one or two pumps on the ends of hair. So what's my problem? I just don't feel any bang for your buck. It is a professional level product with a price tag to match. För that, I would have expected some results. I was expecting hair repair mostly. I have over processed level 10 bleaching on the ends of my hair. My crispiness has been reduced slightly... ...maybe. That's about it. I don't see high shine, or smoothness and I definitely don't noticed improved hair growth for thinning hair! That was one of the promises I was a little excited for. But since the product is only intended for the ends of your hair, I'm not sure how it would achieve that. It's kind of like watering a flower only on the petals and expecting the plant to grow 🤣 So, ya! It's a miss, for me. Not worth the money for the unnoticeable results. But I did enjoy being a product tester for this, in participation with Smartson, where I tried the oil for free in exchange for a review. #smartson #lorealprofessional

    Nice color, but FADING!!!

Check it out! I did this really cool 'fireplace look' on orange hair. The tips I did with Pillarbox Red. The result was Great! Until I took my first shower. By hair wash #3 the red part had faded so badly that it's barely noticeable. So be forewarned. Even with color safe shampoo, you will have to expect very fast washout. Overall, using the product was a nice experience. Average portion size, pleasant aroma, included gloves and a sachet of conditioner. However, it is 2026, and I'm expecting companies to really try better to use sustainable packaging and eco materials. Do better, Schwarzkopf!

    A goody cheapy

I usually use high-end liquid makeup when it comes to products that are used on my face skin. I have sensitive skin that reacts easily. But this was given to me as a sample. I found it difficult to choose a color based on swatches from a picture, but I took what I thought most closely represented my skin tone. If I had all colors to try, I’m curious if there would have been a better match. However, the color I chose does seem suitable, but with an orange cast. Ideally, a shade lighter may have been a better choice. This was a nice consistency, very liquid, and buildable. Points off, because in 2026, I’d like to see companies using more eco friendly materials for packaging. This is a lot of single use plastic packaging, when I would gladly accept quality makeup in a pouch, or glass or something more innovative and sustainable.

Hi! 😊 Thank you so much for sharing your experience 🤍 We’re glad to hear that you liked the consistency! If you experienced an orange undertone, testing the shade along the jawline in natural daylight can sometimes give a more accurate match. You can also try mixing a small amount with your moisturizer for a softer finish 👌 We also appreciate your feedback regarding the packaging. Thoughts on reducing single-use plastics are important, and we’ll absolutely take that with us. Wishing you lots of fun with your makeup – and thank you again for taking the time to leave a review! ✨ Have a nice day!🌞

    Fine for the price point

I usually use high-end liquid makeup when it comes to products that are used on my face skin. But this was given to me as a sample. I found it difficult to choose a color based on swatches from a picture, but I took what I thought most closely represented my skin tone. If I had all colors to try, I’m curious if there would have been a better match. However, the color I chose does seem suitable. The consistency is buttery thick, and the coverage goes on nicely in my cracks and over imperfections. I thought that due to the consistency, it would feel on the greasy side, but so far I don’t have that complaint. I have sensitive skin, and have not been using this long enough to tell if I will get a breakout, but I suspect with regular use, this is a possibility. Points off, because in 2026, I’m looking for companies to use more sustainable packaging.

    Pretty cool, but…

This is a pretty good product! The slanted tip for easy application, and the included brush for blending are some great additions. HOWEVER, there doesn’t appear to be a whole lot of pencil in the stick, so the plastic to product ratio is pretty poor. That’s minus 1 star. The other -1 star is because by 2026, I’d like to see better eco friendly packaging. This is a lot of single use plastic, when the companies should be coming up with more sustainable alternatives like cardboard, bamboo composite, etc.

    Maybelline does it again

Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve been convinced that maybelline makes the best mascara. This one is also great. It’s fast drying, but glides on smoothly. Minus 1 star, because by 2026, these big com-Angie’s really should have developed some eco friendly packaging. There is a lot of single use plastic here for a small amount of product.
