I've used this before when I had significantly shorter hair than I do today. But I wanted to see if I remembered correctly how good and unmatched it was. Let me say that I was not disappointed. This is probably the absolute best mask there is. It beats all of Joico's masks as well as Waterclouds, Goldwell, and Maria Nila. Plus, the price is very reasonable considering the top quality of the product/products from Eleven. I thought I had overdosed when I tried this leave in for the first time. But nope, I didn't. It blended nicely into my hair. And after using shampoo, mask, and conditioner from the Miracle series when I washed my hair before, this leave in offered incredible shine and softness. Wow! Being as picky as I am when it comes to leave ins, this one clearly lands in the top 3 of all the brands I use, brands like Joico, Waterclouds, Goldwell, and Maria Nila. Not quite mousse but...
...still a foam that was hard to distribute throughout the hair if you dose according to the instructions. But a couple of extra pumps and the hair near the scalp was covered. Brushed the hair out thoroughly after having the foam in. Not the same good lifting effect as Waterclouds or Goldwell's volumizing mousse, but a bit more lift than without it anyway. Smelled good but also faint. Since I washed my hair with the Miracle series, the coconut scent was the most prominent. I like Eleven, partly because they are good products for an affordable price, and partly because the products work very well in my Scandinavian and highlighted hair. This wonderful scent is like no other. It has long been a favorite of mine and is in the top 3 of my favorite perfumes ever. I always have a bottle in the bathroom cabinet. Always! Smells fresh and the scent lasts a long time. You don't need to use much, and one bottle lasts a good while. The scent changes character after a while on the skin.
