What a fantastic shampoo! ❤️ I have gray hair, and have long been on the hunt for silver shampoo that gives a more ashy, yet clear tone. I've tried most things without any significant results. The hair remains quite warm and dull. The only thing I've had that I've been relatively satisfied with has been Kevin Murphy's color conditioner cool blonde. But now, indeed! I bought shampoo and conditioner on a whim, and judge my surprise when the hair became cool and ashy! I let the shampoo sit for about 5 minutes. The hair felt a bit straw-like and dry afterwards, but became soft as silk from the conditioner. As many others write, it’s better to spray the product in your hand to then distribute it evenly over the hair. I find that it smooths and makes the hair absolutely softer, but unfortunately it weighs my hair down. I have extensions, and my hair is thick, curly, frizzy, and quite coarse, I only use it in the lengths. The heat protection is, however, nonexistent, I would say, I recommend using an extra heat protectant. The scent is actually, in my opinion, disgusting, and I do like scented products, but that’s a matter of taste.
