      Hey Sara 👋 So sad to hear that you’re not satisfied with your Satisfyer. Sometimes it can help to do a few simple checks to get it working better ❤️  Fully charge the product before use.  Check that the nozzle is properly attached and seals tightly.  Feel free to try different programs and intensity levels to find what works best for you. Hope that helps the product work better 🥰
