Blood stain on package
Can you please check your deliveries? I was so excited to get these products today and receive a package with a blood stain. Last time I got Olaplex oil with particles in it and a dirty jar… I was thinking of ordering more products today. Maybe it's better to continue ordering from a more expensive supplier that delivers products in good condition? Tomorrow I have to sit and email about this back and forth. Dirty product and crushed packaging
I ordered from Nordic Feel and Lyko, and the product I received from Lyko was crushed. I thought the inside was still good, but no, it had a stain on it. You can also pack with paper so that the product is protected during transport. If I had known, I would have ordered the same product from Nordic Feel. I will compare Kerataste, etc... with Olaplex, but I don't dare to have the product in my bedroom due to hygiene reasons. The last time I ordered from Lyko was a few years ago. The hair dyes I bought were in good condition, but when I bought the product, it was the same thing. This makes you lose trust in the company and choose not to order anymore. I used half the bottle when I was straightening my hair, and the result is that it gives shine, but I would say not to use it before straightening your hair because it is an oil and creates smoke. You almost fry your hair by putting oil on first. I don't think I'll buy the oil again because it's quite a thick oil that penetrates when the hair is wet but not directly when the hair is dry. I have curly hair. I would recommend number 0 and number 8, though. I bought n3 and the shampoo but haven't tried these yet. But the Olaplex oil has a bit too much hype around it. I don't like that the oil is yellow and stains fabric. The smell is okay. I prefer Kerastase.
