I think the mascara gives nice length and volume, and the applicator is easy to work with. It's good to build up the result with several layers, and it's easy to wash off in the evening.👏👏👏 I usually use waterproof mascara and find that it holds the lashes curled and lifted better throughout the day. With this one, my lashes lost a bit of the curl. But a great mascara for those who want to easily wash off the mascara at the end of the day! Maybelline New York Fit Me Loose Setting Powder 1 Translucent ✨
A really good setting powder that does exactly what I want it to do. The powder sets the makeup nicely and I find that the base stays well in place throughout the day without feeling heavy. The texture is light and the result looks nice and natural on the skin. You also get a lot of product for the money, which is a big plus. I think this is a really good and affordable alternative to much more expensive loose powders, such as Huda Beauty’s. Very satisfied with the result as I try to have a more natural look for everyday that doesn’t look cakey. Surprisingly good coverage against sun spots ☀️
I actually don’t use this for dark circles under my eyes, since that’s not something I usually have trouble with. However, I have sun spots on one cheek that I’ve more or less given up trying to cover for a long time. But with this, I actually managed to neutralize and cover them quite well! In the after photo, I used the color corrector and a bit of bronzer on top, and usually my pigment spots show through much more. The only downside for me is the applicator. When I applied directly with it, I thought the result looked a bit dry. Using my finger or my own brush + primer, however, gave a much nicer result. Maybelline New York Lifter Gel Oil-In-Gel Twist Pen 06 Strawberry Shake ✨
Really love the color of this! Strawberry Shake gives a very nice shade on the lips, and the formula feels soft, comfortable, and moisturizing. I don’t experience it drying out my lips at all, quite the opposite. The twist application was a bit different from what I’m used to, but very smooth once you get the technique down. You do need to be a bit careful not to twist out too much product at once. The only downside is the longevity. For me, the color doesn’t last very long on the lips, so I need to reapply quite often during the day.
