A favorite!
I am one of Estrid's superfans when it comes to their razors and accessories, honestly I think no one does it better than them! I noticed an immediate difference compared to regular razor blades that quickly become dull, and that don't have a good strip. With 5 blades per razor head, you get a super close shave without having to go over the same area multiple times, which I also think reduces the risk of irritation. They are vegan, which I appreciate, and the best part about these is the strip! It is moisturizing with shea butter, cocoa butter, and jojoba oil, and I hardly even need to use shaving gel as it does all the work itself. It makes shaving both gentle and luxurious, and afterwards, my skin feels soft and hydrated. I've seen a lot of discussion online about Estrid changing their razor blades, but I don't think I've noticed any major difference and still find them much better than the competition, so I would absolutely still recommend Estrid to everyone!! The package with 4 blades also lasts a long time and feels reasonably priced considering the quality. Totally okay!
I love the concept but I'm not completely sold! I got to test this deodorant through lykoinflutester and while I think it's a winning concept, I don't feel that the product is something I would go for first. A little about me first: I would still say that I sweat a bit, maybe not excessively but I need a deodorant that really works. Pros about the product: + It's environmentally friendly, I love the idea of reducing plastic consumption and deodorant is just one of those things that has a lot of plastic that you then throw away. + It's nicer than other deodorants, the design is very sleek and minimalist, it could just as well be a perfume and will look nice on the bathroom shelf. + I think it has a lovely fresh scent that isn't too strong but smells very clean. + It was super easy to put together! Then a few cons It's quite expensive, the first one costs over 100 sek and then the refill costs around 50 sek, so it will be more expensive than buying a new deodorant every time. The applicator isn't ideal, I find that it gets stuck quite easily and it takes a while to get the product on. I don't feel that I get the 48-hour protection against sweat and odor that it's supposed to provide, maybe max around 4-6 hours which I unfortunately don't think is enough for me. Overall, I definitely don't think it's a bad product but I'm not completely convinced, but maybe it's just not for me but would suit others better! #LYKOINFLUTESTER #ESTRIDTranslated from swedish

Perfect shave gel!
I am a superfan of Estrid, and thanks to Lyko influtester, I got to try their shave gel which is exactly what I’m looking for in a shave gel!! Estrid's quality of products doesn’t surprise me, the bottle itself feels like very good quality and comes in a nice (very) pink color. It’s quite large which means you get a lot of product for your money and you don’t need to use that much since a little goes a long way. A little about me: I have very dark and thick hair which makes it hard to shave and I often get ingrown hairs or razor bumps, with the help of this gel I’ve managed to shave my legs very smoothly and nicely without getting red spots or “strawberry legs.” You don’t need much product to get a good effect so it doesn’t clog the razor which I really appreciate. I have quite sensitive skin and experience no side effects from the gel! It’s supposed to have nourishing shea butter, soothing niacinamide, and moisturizing sea moss, which I really appreciate! Absolute favorite!!
I was so happy when I heard that I would be writing the review for one of my absolute favorite products, Estrid razors!! These are my holy grail and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!!! A little about me; I have super thick, dark hair, which can be quite difficult to shave as I easily get ingrown hairs and razor bumps. Estrid's razors are probably the first ones that I haven't experienced either of these problems with! My legs become super smooth and nice with these razors, I very rarely experience ingrown hairs and almost never get razor bumps or strawberry legs. I have read a bit on social media that they have changed the product and that the new one doesn't work as well, but I really think that this is not true! They work just as well as before, and in my opinion, they work much better than all the other brands I have bought! The steel handle feels both sturdy and comfortable to hold, which is a really nice upgrade compared to many other plastic options. It also includes two blades, which I think is very generous considering what razors cost these days. I LOVE the design, it is very pretty and “clean,” the matching wall holder looks really good and helps keep the bathroom organized and extends the lifespan of the blades. I must say, though, that mine falls off the wall relatively often, but that might have to do with our shower. Overall, I think it is a really well-thought-out and good product that combines function, design, and quality in the best way. Super lovely face cream!
I had the honor of reviewing products via Lyko Influtester and was pleasantly surprised when I found a face cream that I really like! A bit about my skin: I have combination skin that leans towards the oily side but also gets easily dehydrated. Additionally, I have super acne-prone skin. Therefore, I often find it difficult to find a face cream that moisturizes my skin without causing acne. I can happily say that I haven't had any new breakouts with this product, and it gives my skin lots of moisture without feeling heavy or greasy. The cream also contains hyaluronic acid, which helps the skin stay hydrated all day, as well as prebiotics that strengthen the skin barrier. The consistency is creamy but absorbs quickly and leaves the skin with a naturally soft feel. The only downside is that I don't think it works particularly well as a makeup base, as I find that my makeup gets greasier throughout the day when I use it. I've posted a picture of how the makeup looks over the product – if you have slightly less oily skin, it would probably work better under makeup. Great body scrub!
I have to say that I'm not a scrub girl, so I don't have super much to compare with, but I thought it worked really well as a body scrub! The organic sugar crystals exfoliate just enough – enough for the skin to feel fresh and renewed, but without irritating. The consistency is wonderfully creamy thanks to the shea butter and the nourishing oils, and afterwards the skin feels not just soft, but really hydrated and really smooth. I have extremely sensitive skin and have not reacted to this scrub! The scent is also something extra, a nice balance between freshness and floral notes that gives a calm, luxurious feeling. After use, the skin feels brand new, with a nice glow. I will definitely continue to use it! Great product!
I am super satisfied with this body lotion. I have very dry and sensitive skin, especially during the winter months, and I find that this skin cream works really well to hydrate my skin! It has a rich and luxurious consistency that still absorbs surprisingly quickly! Which is perfect when you don't have time to wait before getting dressed. The scent is mild and pleasant, which I appreciate, and the feeling on the skin is fantastic. After a few days of use, I can clearly tell that my skin is both softer and more hydrated. Perfect for daily use – especially during dry winter months. The only thing I have to complain about is the packaging; at this price point, one would expect a slightly more luxurious packaging, this felt very plastic. Moisturizing primer with lovely glow!
This primer really lives up to its reputation! It has a light and gel-like consistency that melts into the skin without feeling sticky. The product is silicone-free, which is a big plus since silicone is water-repellent, so it doesn't work well in primer, and it keeps the makeup in place all day. The primer contains hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, both of which are products I like to use in my skincare routine as I find they provide a nice hydrated feel and a natural glow, without the skin feeling oily. The makeup applies evenly on top, and I think my foundation looks smoother and holds better with the primer. I even think it works just as well alone for a fresh, hydrated look as it does under makeup. It's a bit hard to determine, but I would say that with this primer, my makeup holds better throughout the day! However, I would say that I didn't have any wow experience; in this price range, you might find a better product. If you're looking for a primer that both cares for the skin and keeps the makeup looking nice longer, this one is definitely worth a try! A fantastically beautiful mascara!
I found this tube mascara to be very impressive, with its ability to separate and define the lashes without clumps. The lashes look super natural with a very nice length and volume. The formula feels light and nourishing, and it doesn't dry out the lashes like some other mascaras can do. Plus points for being vegan and alcohol-free! The brush does a great job of catching every lash and giving a naturally full look. With several tubing mascaras, the mascara tends to flake a bit throughout the day, but I haven't experienced that with this one. Additionally, it is gentle on the eyes, which is a big plus! However, I noticed that the longevity doesn't quite live up to the promise. After a few hours, it started to flake a little, and by the end of the day, it had lost some of its intensity. On the plus side, it is very easy to wash off with just warm water, just as promised. Amazing Product!
I have tried so many foundations and tinted moisturizers, but this skin tint truly exceeded my expectations! 🌟 A bit about my skin: I have super acne-prone skin, and now that I’m on acne medication, it’s also very dry and can be a bit oily (combination skin). What I look for in a foundation or skin tint is a product that doesn’t cause breakouts, that covers my acne marks, and that lasts all day. This product checks all the boxes! An absolute new favorite!! It melts into the skin in a way that makes it look naturally fresh, without feeling heavy or cakey. Perfect for anyone wanting a more even skin tone without it looking made up. Moisture that lasts The big plus for me is the moisturizing effect. With hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, my skin feels soft and hydrated all day, without getting oily. The only thing I’ve noticed is that I tend to get dry patches, which also happens with this skin tint, but that’s also due to my very dry skin. Perfect for sensitive skin Since the product is fragrance-free and gentle, my sensitive skin hasn’t reacted at all – no breakouts, redness, or irritation. A big plus for anyone who usually has trouble finding a foundation that works without clogging pores, I haven’t noticed any new breakouts since I started using it! Longevity and application It really delivers on its promises! After a full day, my skin still looked hydrated and fresh, without the makeup settling into fine lines or disappearing. I also like that the coverage is buildable – perfect for days when I want a light base and also when I need a bit more coverage. Plus, the packaging is so pretty and contains a lot of product.
