The mask comes with 1 set of gloves, 1 set of foot socks, 1 sheet mask.

Use:
Face mask:
Apply a thin layer to cleansed face and leave for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with cleanser and lukewarm water. If you cannot remove the mask sufficiently, wipe off with a clean cloth, cotton pads or similar. Finish with moisturizer.

Hand/Foot mask:
Apply a thin layer to hands/feet and put on the associated gloves/socks, leave for 15-20 minutes, wash off with lukewarm water. If you cannot remove the mask sufficiently, wipe off with a clean cloth, cotton pads or similar. Finish with hand cream/foot cream.
