Use as step 2 after sculpting your brow with Dashl Brow Lift Sculpt.
Draw soft, hair-like strokes upward from the base of your brow with the angled brush.
Keep it natural or build up colour for a bolder look.
Can also be used as an eyeliner for a matching eyelook.

- Brush the sculpt evenly onto brows.
- Use the comb to sculpt into desired shape. (For a subtle look, comb brows in the direction of hair growth. For a brow lift effect, brush upwards)
