Overall good
I like this one. It’s easy to build the stroke with, the color stays well all day and doesn’t change/oxidize noticeably. It’s also affordable. No "hair-like effect" but an ok pencil
There’s no hair-like effect with this pencil for me. Clumpy "strands" that aren’t visible, more like a regular brow pencil that fills in an even layer of color. How to use:
