I have combination and sensitive skin and get some small pimples now and then, and I also tend to have clogged pores. I am sensitive to acids, but this one worked very well for my skin. I had no negative reaction at all. The texture is like a serum, but it gets kind of grainy when you massage it in. Afterwards, the skin feels very clean and soft.
