    A completely different color (cashmere)

    The color is very misleading in the picture. It is definitely not pink (as it looks), but brown! I first thought I had received the wrong item. Additionally, it is dry and extremely matte. Completely useless.

Sometimes colors can appear a bit different on screen than in reality – among other things due to lighting conditions during photography, screen settings, and how the light hits the lipstick in real life. However, it shouldn’t be the case that the color feels completely wrong, so we really appreciate you letting us know! We will take this further internally for review. As for the texture, the product should of course not feel uncomfortably dry or difficult to use. If you suspect that something is wrong with your particular item, you are more than welcome to contact customer service – and we will take a closer look at it together with you 💗

    Cashmere - Misleading Color

    The poor rating is solely due to the misleading color representation. Looks apricot pink on my screen but is brown with a hint of rosy lilac, like homemade liver pâté or oiled oak. Otherwise, the consistency is light and soft. Doesn't feel creamy or sticky on the lips.

      Thank you, I like the lipstick more and more. Color reproduction is very difficult on different screens, but the other lipstick I bought in the same order was absolutely perfect - so satisfied!

    Wrong color & dry

    I ordered cashmere, on Lyko's pictures it looks light pink. In reality, it is brown-pink and super dry on the lips, making it hard to apply.

    Somehow clumpy and thick on the lips. The color is okay, brownish, no glitter or shimmer (from the picture I thought it might be).
