Lasted 2 years..
Really good straightener for my curly and thick hair, BUT today the iron suddenly started flashing a red "alarm" light and beeping while straightening. I've used the product as I should, don't know why it started doing that. I asked ChatGPT and it said the product is broken and shouldn't be used anymore. I bought my iron here from Lyko about two years ago.. Could it be a defective product..? I would understand if the iron lasted for years, but two years?! If you want to be able to both curl and straighten your hair, the ghd Platinum+ is a great choice because it’s gentle and works well for both 👌 However, if you mainly want to straighten your hair quickly, the ghd Max could be a good option thanks to its wider plates. Using every day!
