Good variety of products
Very satisfied with the contents despite the initial confusion. Got the Lenoites mascara once in a previous Lovables box and fell in love with it! It makes my lashes super long and separated with zero clumps. All other products are new to me but there’s a good variety and I’m very excited to try them all, especially the bronzing mist. The bag was very plasticky so will give that one away. Hoping in the future we’ll get more Lovables at the price range they were initially. My first Lovables! 🤩 The dry shampoo is going to be fun to test, it has received so many nice reviews. Great set, but misleading
Overall, a really cool set, diverse and truly successful. The products are interesting, well-chosen, and in most cases, everything would be just fine. Unfortunately, I’m deducting a star due to the situation with the contents: after the set was published before the premiere, two products were removed from the picture, which later turned out not to be in the box. This was very misleading - it looked like something was promised, and then suddenly "no, actually not," explained by a mistake. It’s a shame because the box itself is really good, but such misleading information spoils the overall impression and leaves a bad taste. Very satisfied with my lovables, got the mascara from lenoites earlier, and that made me buy this lovables. There are many exciting products I haven't tested. The only product I won't be testing and will be passing on is the bus product. Since I don't like bus products in general. Content changed after ordering
Sure, everyone can make mistakes, Lyko. But changing the content after people have bought the product is not ok! You should have given us, who bought the product, the right things that were shown before you changed the content. THAT would have been right! Not giving us the right things that were shown is shameful. I no longer read the text after your previous mistakes, I look at the pictures and count on getting what I see. One time we were supposed to look at the picture when it was right and the text wrong. And now it was the other way around! How can we trust that the next kit will be right? Apparently, we cannot. I love these boxes! This one seemed to fit a tired winter skin and for a 45+ I've tested the mascara before and think there are better ones, but my teenage daughter is happy to take it (I have to hide the rest). Åkerberg's peeling smells soooo good, so it became a first evening round. I'm excited to see how the serum and day cream work on my skin. (combining with essence from COSRX) I promised myself to start using lipstick a bit more often in 2026, so it was also great that there was one. You who complain about the box and that it doesn't match the picture. I read about the box a few days before it was released and saw that Bobby had a product in the picture, but it was never described in the content, tip to check there next time. Why?
The second time I agree that Lyko does not meet the requirements according to product purchases. I love your concept of buying necessities with products I haven't tried. But since it has previously happened that you receive products that have expired, and now this with products changing from the marketing image, it is clear that we buyers are disappointed.
