    Different products in the small and large bottle?

    I've been using Neccin for many years and really like it, but I've now ordered the large 1000 ml bottle twice and thought I got a Monday product the first time, but now when I ordered again, it's the same thing. There are different products in the 250 ml bottle and the large 1000 ml. Why is that? There are different colors (see my picture), different scents, and I feel that the product in the smaller bottle works better and is generally better for my hair. I'm very disappointed now after my purchase of the large bottle :(

      But I experience that the product is worse, so it’s not about the color. In the smaller bottles, the product is better and in the large ones, it’s worse. Feels very disappointing when it’s the second time you’ve bought the large bottle and received a worse product.

    Rescue my scalp!

    Before I tried this, I had a very dry scalp. It flaked right away, even after washing my hair. Now I've used this several times and I would say it's 99% better! Super happy

    Double wash?

    You should ideally double wash your hair with shampoo. Should I use this twice, or wash with a regular shampoo first?

      Hey Jessica! Here I would use your regular shampoo or a clarifying shampoo first, so you can remove any impurities in your hair and scalp, allowing this to penetrate even deeper on other washes. It's also no problem to double wash with this - you'll have to feel it out a bit yourself. Let it sit for a couple of minutes on the scalp as well. Hope this helps you! Have a really great weekend.
