I would use this treatment in the lengths from the ears down, so it doesn't weigh your hair down on top where it can get greasy. Hi, I have never dyed my hair but it is quite dry and damaged anyway. I use heat when I blow-dry it about 3 times a week. Rarely any other kind of heat.
