    WHAT'S GOING ON WITH EPRES

    A really great product. I noticed a difference with the first use. What I'm wondering is, why does it now say that it's unavailable for the market?????

    Defective product

    For some reason, I can't find the order under my orders, but the order number is 36125716 I have used the product for about a year, and my latest order with refill had both bottles defective and unusable... I don't know if something has changed in the formula after it was sold out for a while? Very sad not to be able to use it anyway

Please take clear pictures showing what is wrong, for example, if the bottles are leaking or if the sprayer is not working as it should. Also, write a short description of the problem so we can get as clear a picture as possible.
