    Recovery kit for dandruff and scalp problems

    For me, my hair is very important! I have had long hair for most of my life. But I have always had a sensitive scalp, problems with hair and dandruff. So I have tried many products at different price levels. And right now, something good for dandruff and scalp problems has been the hardest to find. I have quite dry and lifeless hair, I easily get a lot of dandruff and can also lose a lot of hair. I have tried many products for my hair and scalp problems but without a good result. Nioxin scalp recovery works excellently for my hair and scalp, already after a few uses I noticed a big difference. My scalp didn't itch anymore, felt much calmer and didn't flake. My hair looked healthier and fuller and I didn't lose as much hair. The consistency is good but the bottle can make it a bit hard to get out, I felt like I needed to press a bit harder on the conditioner bottle. But the product itself is top-notch. It lathers well so you don't need a large amount. The scent is quite mild and pleasant, it's pretty fresh. I can really recommend this and will definitely buy it again.     Does not meet expectations, not recommended

    A little about me: sensitive scalp that often itches both right after washing and as soon as the hair gets dirty. Fine hair. This kit works and feels like any shampoo/conditioner kit, which is convenient. Smells good. However, I did not experience any improvement, neither relief from itching immediately nor reduced flaking over time. Additionally, the serum was difficult to apply and distribute on the scalp, it sat on top of the hair and hardened. It could be combed out, but it was difficult, and the hair still looked weighed down and dirty, which feels disappointing right after washing. There are cheaper and better scalp products out there that are also cruelty free. Not recommended! ➕️ Easy to use ➕️ Smells good, mint! (not gum mint but more of a spa mint) ➕️ Tingling, activating feeling in the scalp (due to mint?).     You probably would need to use the product for a longer time to say if it makes any difference for hair health. I liked the feeling after shampooing and conditioning. I like the serum less as I feel it makes the hair greasy faster. I could recommend this product for those who have issues with hair loss and irritated scalp. ★★★ - Good - Functional choice The product delivers satisfactory results but does not reach the highest standards.     Pretty okay product

    I have thick curly hair which causes a dry scalp. But I didn't notice any difference except that the hair was easier to comb through. Still experiencing dryness in the scalp.

    I had the opportunity to test the products via smartson as a test pilot. I have long had a sensitive scalp with itching and flaking scalp. As a test pilot, I got to test the products for a shorter time, and it still feels a bit early to say whether the products actually help or not. I think they have definitely reduced the itching and flaking right after washing my hair with these products. This lasts maybe 2-3 days, but for me, who washes my hair every 5-6 days, I don't think it helps during this whole time. I can still feel that it itches now and then and also flakes. But definitely less than before. However, I have tested other products before that deliver the same results and that have been cheaper, so I don't know if I will continue to use these products.

    I have tried several different products for dry and irritated scalp, but the Nioxin Scalp Recovery Kit has undoubtedly given me the best results so far. Already after a couple of weeks of use, I noticed a significant reduction in itching and flakes, and my scalp feels both calmer and more hydrated. Unlike other brands I have tried, this series feels more effective and gentle at the same time. The shampoo cleanses deeply without drying out, and the leave-in treatment is truly a big plus – it cools and soothes immediately. However, it is worth mentioning that even though I noticed improvement quite quickly, I believe that the really long-term results will only come after a few months of continuous use. So it is a product that requires a bit of patience, but is truly worth investing in if you have scalp issues.

    I had the opportunity to test the Nioxin Scalp Recovery Kit for free through Smartson as a test pilot, and I have now used the product for about a month. It’s still a bit early to draw any definitive conclusions, but I still want to share my experience so far. I have had issues with dry scalp and dandruff for a longer time, and that’s why I was curious about this series. After a month of use, I feel that the itching has decreased and the amount of dandruff has become somewhat less. The scalp feels somewhat calmer overall, which is positive. However, I probably had slightly higher expectations – my scalp is still quite dry and the problems are not completely gone yet. I hope it yields better results with longer use. Overall, the product feels promising, but I’m not completely convinced yet. I am still grateful to have had the chance to try it through Smartson.

    Awesome products!

    I am satisfied with the results of the products even though I haven't had time to try them for a longer period. My scalp feels less irritated and the dandruff has decreased. The shampoo feels soothing on the scalp and the scent is really good. It doesn't smell strong, just right. A little touch of eucalyptus (?) The products are concentrated, and you don't need much for it to last for the whole hair, even though I have very long and thick hair. I will use these products about every third hair wash to maintain. And maybe in the future buy again.

    I need to start by strongly recommending the serum. At the hairline, I have always suffered from extreme itching. This time I tried to apply a little of the serum, and the itching disappeared immediately after 2 minutes. I have always had problems with flaking hair, and the shampoo in combination with the conditioner calmed this down right away. I noticed a big difference. The conditioner made my hair very soft, and it smelled a bit like fresh mint. However, I have to give criticism on the packaging. It is very difficult to squeeze out the product; you have to press very hard, and those who, for example, have motor problems will have difficulties using the product. Now I have used the products about 4 times and have seen a big difference in the itching. My hair doesn't itch as much, and it remains to be seen what long-term changes the products will contribute to.     I have always had problems with my scalp. It has always itched when I am in dry climates and when I sweat from training. I suspect that I have psoriasis since I usually have sores on my scalp from all the itching. The itching also causes me to get dandruff, flaky skin. I also have long hair, and lately it has been drier than usual. Nioxin scalp recovery helped a bit to soothe, but not to the extent that my problems disappeared completely. I also have some dandruff left after a third shower with this series (see picture). However, my hair has become a bit softer and not so frizzy. The large sores are gone, and I am not losing as much hair. I found it difficult to get the product out into my hand; I really had to press down. I also didn't like that there was perfume in it; it irritates my scalp. The first ingredient is also sulfate, which I have a bit of trouble with. I didn't think the product was that nice; there were boring bottles in the shower. I also thought it would last longer, that the product would be economical, but I, with long hair, still had to use quite a bit. I had no problem with the consistency; I think it's good. I wouldn't buy the whole set since I think it's the shampoo that I have problems with. However, I thought the conditioner and serum were good because they provided this softness and may be what has prevented the sores from spreading without healing. If you have fewer issues than I do, I think this set is very good; I have somewhat extreme circumstances. One should also take into account that I have only used this series for 2 weeks.     Helps my itchy scalp

    Already after the first use, I notice that it itches less in the scalp. The hair is easier to detangle and feels very clean without any tight or dry sensation. After a few uses, I shed less hair, and it doesn't itch as much in the scalp. The itching is not completely gone, but it has improved since I started using these products. It smells quite a bit like mint and green tea. Not my favorite scent, but I've used many anti-dandruff products that smelled significantly worse. The shampoo gives the hair a very clean and airy feel. The conditioner felt just the right amount of moisturizing, so it doesn't weigh the hair down. I had a bit of trouble applying the serum with the "dropper" and found it easier to squeeze serum into my hand and use my fingers to get the right amount of serum into the scalp. My scalp feels soothed and hydrated with the serum. Considering the price, I thought the products would be more economical, but I had to use more than I expected.     Great for flaky scalp!
