Recovery kit for dandruff and scalp problems
For me, my hair is very important! I have had long hair for most of my life. But I have always had a sensitive scalp, problems with hair and dandruff. So I have tried many products at different price levels. And right now, something good for dandruff and scalp problems has been the hardest to find. I have quite dry and lifeless hair, I easily get a lot of dandruff and can also lose a lot of hair. I have tried many products for my hair and scalp problems but without a good result. Nioxin scalp recovery works excellently for my hair and scalp, already after a few uses I noticed a big difference. My scalp didn't itch anymore, felt much calmer and didn't flake. My hair looked healthier and fuller and I didn't lose as much hair. The consistency is good but the bottle can make it a bit hard to get out, I felt like I needed to press a bit harder on the conditioner bottle. But the product itself is top-notch. It lathers well so you don't need a large amount. The scent is quite mild and pleasant, it's pretty fresh. I can really recommend this and will definitely buy it again. Does not meet expectations, not recommended
A little about me: sensitive scalp that often itches both right after washing and as soon as the hair gets dirty. Fine hair. This kit works and feels like any shampoo/conditioner kit, which is convenient. Smells good. However, I did not experience any improvement, neither relief from itching immediately nor reduced flaking over time. Additionally, the serum was difficult to apply and distribute on the scalp, it sat on top of the hair and hardened. It could be combed out, but it was difficult, and the hair still looked weighed down and dirty, which feels disappointing right after washing. There are cheaper and better scalp products out there that are also cruelty free. Not recommended! ➕️ Easy to use ➕️ Smells good, mint! (not gum mint but more of a spa mint) ➕️ Tingling, activating feeling in the scalp (due to mint?). I previously had problems with extremely dry scalp. I had dandruff clumps and flakes. Tried EVERYTHING but nothing worked until I tried Nioxin. After just the first wash, the worst was gone!😭🥰🙏🏻I then used it continuously for a while. When I first used the shampoo, it felt clean but my hair felt straw-like, but right after the conditioner, it felt good. I can feel how it really moisturizes my hair. The leave-in product really suits my hair and it feels fresh, I have long had problems with my scalp being dry and flaky, but I could already feel after the first use what a difference these products made. I got to test the products via Smartson! I like the shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels fresh and clean. It doesn't get rough or tangled. I'm a bit split on the scent, I didn't like it at all at first, but after a few washes, I've gotten used to it and it even starts to grow on me. However, I don't get any volume in my hair at all, it becomes very flat. The serum, on the other hand, I'm not a fan of at all. It feels thick, sticky, and hard to get even. You probably would need to use the product for a longer time to say if it makes any difference for hair health. I liked the feeling after shampooing and conditioning. I like the serum less as I feel it makes the hair greasy faster. I had the opportunity to test the products via smartson as a test pilot. I have long had a sensitive scalp with itching and flaking scalp. As a test pilot, I got to test the products for a shorter time, and it still feels a bit early to say whether the products actually help or not. I think they have definitely reduced the itching and flaking right after washing my hair with these products. This lasts maybe 2-3 days, but for me, who washes my hair every 5-6 days, I don't think it helps during this whole time. I can still feel that it itches now and then and also flakes. But definitely less than before. I have tried several different products for dry and irritated scalp, but the Nioxin Scalp Recovery Kit has undoubtedly given me the best results so far. Already after a couple of weeks of use, I noticed a significant reduction in itching and flakes, and my scalp feels both calmer and more hydrated. Unlike other brands I have tried, this series feels more effective and gentle at the same time. The shampoo cleanses deeply without drying out, and the leave-in treatment is truly a big plus – it cools and soothes immediately. However, it is worth mentioning that even though I noticed improvement quite quickly, I believe that the really long-term results will only come after a few months of continuous use. I had the opportunity to test the Nioxin Scalp Recovery Kit for free through Smartson as a test pilot, and I have now used the product for about a month. It’s still a bit early to draw any definitive conclusions, but I still want to share my experience so far. I have had issues with dry scalp and dandruff for a longer time, and that’s why I was curious about this series. After a month of use, I feel that the itching has decreased and the amount of dandruff has become somewhat less. The scalp feels somewhat calmer overall, which is positive. I am satisfied with the results of the products even though I haven't had time to try them for a longer period. My scalp feels less irritated and the dandruff has decreased. The shampoo feels soothing on the scalp and the scent is really good. It doesn't smell strong, just right. A little touch of eucalyptus (?) The products are concentrated, and you don't need much for it to last for the whole hair, even though I have very long and thick hair. I need to start by strongly recommending the serum. At the hairline, I have always suffered from extreme itching.
