    Hello! 💛 I really understand that it must have felt both uncomfortable and concerning when the hair started smoking during the treatment!. When that happens, it’s often a sign that the hair has been particularly sensitive or already treated in some way before, and then the bleaching can react more strongly than expected. It can be due to the hair being recently colored, bleached, styled with heat, or coming into contact with other products that affect the result. Then the hair can become overloaded, which is sometimes noticeable in the form of frizz, smell, or even smoke. We always recommend doing a test on a small strand of hair before treatment, just to ensure how the hair reacts – especially if it has been exposed to other chemical treatments before 🙏 Your experience is of course important to us.   Effective, but burns a lot on the scalp

  The plan was to highlight the hair, but I changed my mind and bleached the bangs instead, which was just as well since there isn't much product in the package 😅 I would say 1 package is enough to highlight short hair, if you have medium-length hair you probably need 2-3 packages. I had the product in the lengths/tips for 30 minutes to go from my natural color to the yellow/golden color in the picture. (But with toner or purple/blue shampoo afterwards, you won't have to worry about it 😇) The roots weren't bleached as the product burned quite a lot when it came into contact with the scalp 😬 Effective bleaching agent, but I don't recommend it if you are sensitive ❌ #lykoreview
