Synthetic hair
- Avoid sleeping or exercising with synthetic hair in; always remove it before hitting the pillow. This not only keeps the hair in top condition but also ensures a comfy sleep.
- Wash the hair as infrequently as possible; airing it out overnight is often enough to refresh it. Steer clear of styling products on the extensions; apply only to your natural hair.
- Before washing with lukewarm water, gently brush to remove any tangles. Use a gentle shampoo and massage softly, avoiding any motions that might cause knots. Apply a detangling conditioner and brush simultaneously.
- To dry, shake off excess water and gently press with a towel, then let it air dry to minimize damage. Avoid rubbing the hair with the towel; just press out the moisture.
- Once dry, brush gently with a boar bristle brush or wide-toothed comb.
- This hair is crafted from Synthetic Fibre, and we advise against using heat styling tools. We cannot be held responsible for damage from heat styling.

Care for real hair
Cleaning and brushing
- Air drying the extensions is best; if you must use a blow dryer, keep it on low heat and maintain a 30 cm distance. Never go to bed with damp hair.
- Detangle thoroughly before washing, especially if you have keratin strand extensions, to prevent matting.
- In the shower, apply shampoo gently in a downward motion and rinse well. Use lukewarm water and follow with a moisturizing conditioner, combing through the hair. Wash your extensions sparingly to avoid wear.
- Opt for Poze Luxury Hair Care products designed to be safe for both your extensions and natural hair. Limit the use of hair masks and heavy products to twice a month. Never apply conditioner or masks near the bonds to prevent slipping.
- Daily brushing is key; start at the ends and work your way up. Boar bristle brushes are ideal for extensions. Detangle with a wide-toothed comb when wet, but brush primarily when dry, supporting the bond to prevent pulling.

Styling
- Feel free to curl and straighten your extensions. Treat them as you would your natural hair, but remember to use silicone-free heat protectant products. Limit the use of heat to keep your extensions looking fabulous.
- Avoid direct contact between heat tools and the bonds to prevent melting.
- Choose alcohol-free hairspray and steer clear of silicone/alcohol-based styling products to keep your extensions in pristine condition.

Avoid
- Braiding your hair at night can lead to damage; instead, use a metal-free hair tie and never sleep with wet hair. Give it a brush in the morning for a fresh start.
- Sun, heat, and water from swimming can weaken bonds and damage hair. Protect your extensions from these elements, and always rinse with fresh water after exposure. We do not cover damage from sun or swimming.
- Limit the use of heavy products like masks and oils to maintain the integrity of the extensions. Overuse can lead to tangling.
- Tinting, dyeing, or chemically treating your extensions is risky and not recommended. We do not replace extensions damaged by such treatments.

Care for Clip & Go Extensions
- Remove Clip & Go Extensions before bed and exercise to prolong their life and maintain freshness.
- Air out the extensions rather than washing after every wear. When washing is necessary, do so gently and allow to air dry before brushing.
