    Wow

    I don't know how to recommend this any longer, I've had mine for ONLY 2 months! I've really loved how it has made my hair while blow-drying. The last use it got so incredibly hot, when I didn't even have it on the hottest setting, that I burned my finger when I was trying to take off the nozzle..and IT RIPPED MY HAIR!? BURNED MY HAIR😭 how can the product already be broken after 2 months.. totally insane now I have a damn horn of hair sticking straight out in my face.. I was so incredibly satisfied but that it only had a lifespan of about 1 month (since I haven't used it that often) is just crazy

    Rikki is broken

    I had it for less than a year in light use. Really nice and easy when it was still intact, but now it suddenly started smoking during use and the plastic is melting. I can't recommend it if there's even a slight fire hazard...

    The brush comes loose very easily when styling the hair. The "lock" that is supposed to keep the brush in place doesn't hold.

      Hey My 🤗 Thank you for your review 🩷 It should definitely not come loose, the lock should hold the brush part during styling. Try to attach the nozzle properly until you hear a click and push the lock slider all the way to the locked position. If it still comes loose, please register a complaint through your account on the website so we have the opportunity to look into this 🥰✨
