Disappointed
I have tried many different dry shampoos, but never this one before as I think it’s too much money for a dry shampoo. But since it was included in a Lovablesbox I bought before Christmas, I have now tried it. The positive is the nice bottle and how good and fresh it smells, it also doesn’t leave white marks on the scalp. But on the other hand, it does nothing for the oiliness in the hair, no matter how little or much product I use in my hair. It’s like it never absorbs it, and my hair looks just as unclean as before. Additionally, it weighs my hair down. I have to say I’m disappointed, I thought a dry shampoo in this price range would deliver top performance. But most budget options I’ve tried have been much better. Something is wrong
It is a good product but i used it twice and now the bottle doesnt work anymore. This is how a dry shampoo should be in my opinion. The bottle is incredibly beautiful, it makes you happy just to look at it? Haha Smells incredibly good. Sweet and fresh. Used it once, very hard to get the product out, and the next time I was going to use it, it was all wet and probably half of the product had come out. Must have been pressed in some way. Haven't had the same problem with others in similar packaging. I love Amika's dry shampoo! I've been using it for several years. I hate the feeling of product in my hair, especially from a dry shampoo. But with Amika, you don't even notice you've used it, it leaves no residue or stiffness in the hair. Worst, no difference
I frequently use dry shampoo. I've previously tried many brands, but among others, I've become hooked on brands like Wella Eimi’s dry shampoo, Batiste, and my latest absolute favorite is Maria Nila’s dry powder, which is completely unbeatable. Amica's texture spray is so freaking good (though not a dry shampoo, but gives nice volume to fine, Scandinavian hair) and that's why I wanted to try their dry shampoo as I also believed in this product, but oh man, was I disappointed. The only positive was that it didn't leave a white residue on the hair! But the product makes no difference and doesn't remove the oil in the scalp, neither visually nor does it "feel" cleaner.
