Hooray 🎉 I use the cream together with the capsules (feel free to check out my review on them too) to boost a little extra. Since it contains both sea buckthorn and hyaluronic acid, which are moisturizing and bind moisture, plus lactic acid that keeps an eye on the pH balance, this cream feels like an all-in-one solution for dryness 🤗 For internal application, you use the applicator you see in the video. My tip is to wash it with an intimate wash before and after, and apply a little unscented lubricant on it before you insert it - all to ensure that nothing irritates the dry and delicate mucous membranes. I don’t need to use it internally every day, but I am drier at times, so I usually use it on the vulva. However, with age and the drier my mucous membranes become, I will probably need to use it more often. I like to apply the cream in the evening, before bedtime, so it really gets to work in peace. The intimate area feels moisturized and more elastic after use, and I experience fewer issues with pH imbalance, yeast infections, and other things that can arise when the mucous membranes become dry and delicate. Use:
