AYLIMAskin-IPL has built-in sensors that detect that you are using the device correctly. How IPL (Intensive Pulsed Light) works
IPL, Pulsating gentle light against the skin and absorbed by the hair root. The light stimulates the hair follicles to enter the dormant phase. As a consequence, the hair is split naturally and regrowth is prevented, leaving your skin silky smooth.

Note that treatment with IPL is not effective if you have white, red and gray hairs that do not absorb enough light.

How to use your AYLIMAskin IPL device
1.Plug the external power cord. The red indicator gives off a light. Press the on / off / level button for three seconds. Then the appliance is on.

2.Press the on / off / level button to adjust your personal intensity level (strength) the first will be level 1, it is the lowest and level 6 is the strongest.

3. Point the appliance at the hair area and press the flash button. Hold it down for three seconds to automatically give flashes so-called "glide function", the red indicator then turns blue, press the flash button to switch to manually adjust the number of flashes.

4. Single-mode flashes (single flashes), after which the window light will then go from red. To pink. Press the flash button to remove hair. Touch-up phase

Finishing

The device has 6 different brightnesses. Depending on your skin type and the intensity of the light you find comfortable.
To adjust the strength, press the on / off / level button again until you reach the correct level.
If you experience discomfort, reduce the strength of the device.
If you have recently sunbathed, do a skin test to be able to determine which strength is right for you.

Skin test
When using the appliance for the first time or after you have recently sunbathed, perform a skin test on a surface you intend to treat with IPL. The skin test is necessary to check the reaction of your skin for a treatment and to determine the correct light intensity (intensity) for each body surface.
1.Choose an area close to the area you intend to treat.
2.Press the on / off button for three seconds to start the machine and make sure you have selected power 1.
3.Hold the appliance straight against the skin so that the flash window has direct contact with the skin.
4.Press the flash button to release a flash.
5. Slide the device over the skin to the surface to be treated.
6.Increase the intensity one strength at a time. Repeat this for all levels within the recommended schedule for your skin type.
7. After the skin test, wait 2 hours and check your skin for reactions. If your skin does not show any reaction (redness, redness, burning), you can use your device properly on the areas that are to be treated.

Note that your skin may react differently on different days for different reasons.
1.Clean the flash window before using the device.
2.Insert the small plug into the appliance and then the plug into the wall socket.
3.Press the device and select the right strength (intensity) for your skin tone.
4.Place the device at a 90 degree angle to the skin so that it closes tightly against the skin. The integrated safety system prevents light flashes from emitting light unless the device is directly against the skin.
5. Handle the appliance with a light hand against the skin. The device automatically performs a "ready for flash" and lights up an indicator so you can continue treatment.
Note: When you come to "ready for treatment" and the light turns orange, it means that your skin type is not right for the desired strength. In this case, the appliance switches itself off automatically. You can try using the appliance on other parts.
6. It is necessary to wear properly designed safety glasses (included) during treatment to avoid eye damage.

Storage
After treatment, switch off the appliance, unplug it from the wall socket and allow it to cool down.

Solar advice
Consciously exposing your skin to natural or solarium sunlight to get a tan increases sensitivity and skin tone. After a sun treatment, wait at least 48 hours before treating. Even after 48 hours, make sure that your skin does not show redness, sunburn or irritation.

Feel free to use sun factor-50. After sunbathing with a tan, wait 2 weeks before using the appliance. Do a skin test to determine which intensity (strength) to use. Never use the appliance directly on tanned areas.

Note that unintentional and indirect exposure to the sun is not the same as lying on the beach. Sunbathe with sunscreen. If you have used an artificial sunscreen, wait until it has completely disappeared from the skin before using the IPL device.

Before using the device, you should prepare your skin in the best way. By shaving your skin. This makes the light from the IPL device easier to absorb in the hair roots. You can either shave, trim short with a razor, use an epilator or wax. Do not use creams that cause the hair to fall out as it forms a film and you can get skin reactions that make your skin extra sensitive to light. We recommend that you take a shower before your treatment to reduce the risk of residual wax. Pre-treat the parts you intend to treat. Cleanse your skin and ensure that it is hair-free, completely dry and free of oily substances. Avoid treating
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. In the scalp, eyebrows or in the area around the eyes. Use in these areas can permanently damage your eyes. Red, gray or white hair. The device is not effective on these hair colors. Nipples, genitals or around the anus. These areas may have a darker skin color and / or higher hardness density and therefore the use of the device in these areas may cause discomfort / pain or damage the skin.

Do not look directly into the glass filter or try to start the appliance towards the eyes.
To protect the eyes and people in the vicinity, the device only starts when both skin tone sensors are placed against the skin. If the appliance starts when both sensors are not in contact with the skin, stop using it immediately and contact your dealer.
Do not use the appliance more than once a week in the same area. This does not give faster results, but can increase the risk of damage to the skin.

To prevent damage to the appliance

Only use the appliance as it is intended according to the manual. Never use compressed air, impregnated washcloths, alcohol, or acetone to clean the appliance. Always return the appliance to your dealer for inspection or repair. Repairing another workshop can create a dangerous situation.
