    Stronger nails and hair πŸ€—

    I've always had strong nails, but in the last few months I've noticed that they've started to break and come off to my great frustration and horror! So I bought this, and I'm now on my second jar! My nails have become much stronger πŸ€— I've also used a strengthening nail polish that could have definitely helped, but I really believe in this. My hair has become a bit thicker, stronger, and softer πŸ’ͺ🏽🧸 I've noticed that my baby hair on my forehead has grown, much to my surprise!     Fun with vitamin candy

    Do these actually make a difference? Very unsure. They contain biotin, so that's good at least. But it's really nice to get to eat a candy every day that's "good for you" haha. Good way to get vitamins in.
