Harmful product
I recently bought the Ida Warg Volume shampoo. I noticed that it stung a bit more in my scalp than usual, but I didn't think much of it. After this, I got a severe case of dandruff, dry and sore scalp. I stopped using the product, but the problem is so extensive that it's hard to get rid of. I've never reacted to any products before and have never struggled with dandruff. I haven't started using any other products at the same time, so I know it's from their product. I've realized afterwards that there are a lot of acids in the product, which I think is very bad. Attached is a picture of what my scalp looks like several weeks after I stopped using the product. This applies to the entire scalp. Absolutely not recommended.

  Hey Helene! It's so incredibly unfortunate that your scalp has reacted to this. In this case, I would probably think that it's the perfume that can easily cause a reaction, since you noticed itching and burning... but it's certainly hard to say. If it doesn't go away, I would recommend you to visit a doctor, as scalp problems can also persist for various reasons (it usually resolves when you stop using the product, as both shampoo and conditioner are rinsed out). My favorites
When my hair is uncolored, these are my favorite products when it comes to shampoo and conditioner. (If I color it, the hair gets dry and therefore needs heavier stuff with more moisture.) My hair is medium-thick, pin-straight, short, and easily gains volume, so you don’t need to have thin or fine hair for these to work. I don’t use them for volume though. However, my hair gets very easily greasy, probably due to low porosity and because it is both short and straight. I therefore need products that aren’t too heavy and don’t leave a greasy film on the hair. The hair becomes soft, light, and wonderful to touch. It feels fresh and looks shiny and nice. Also, both the shampoo and conditioner smell extremely good. I wish there was a perfume that smelled like this. So I recommend these to people who easily get greasy hair and need products with light moisture that don’t weigh down. (I think they are perfectly moisturizing, absolutely enough for my hair.) I also recommend their Plumping treatment. It makes the hair soft without making it greasy.

  Hi Louise! ✨ Yes, Sunny Infusion Hair Mist belongs to the Volume series and has a very similar scent profile 😊 Both have fresh and slightly sweet notes of strawberry, bergamot, and orange blossom 🍓🍊 The difference is that the shampoo and conditioner also have a slight hint of cedar, which makes the scent a bit deeper, while the hair mist feels a bit lighter and more “fresh” ☀️ So if you like the scent from the Volume series, you will definitely like the mist 💛 All the best!

Dry hair and itchy rash
The hair feels not completely clean regardless of whether I wash it 1, 2, or 3 times, the hair gets dried out and the conditioner is not moisturizing enough to deal with it, so after a wash I am left with dry hair that doesn't feel completely clean. Besides that, it smells like a bad men's perfume and I have gotten an itchy rash. It really didn't suit me and my fine, Scandinavian hair.

  Hey! I saw your review and could relate so much. I have exactly the same problem: sensitive scalp, lengths that are dry but the roots still get greasy quickly. A lot of shampoos don’t work for me at all – either they dry out my scalp a lot or my hair doesn’t feel really clean and I get itching and irritation. Right now I have about 5-6 different shampoos at home that I’ve tested, but none of them feel quite right… it’s always too strong, too drying, or on the contrary too "heavy". I got curious because it seems like you’ve tested a lot too – have you found any shampoo that actually worked better for you? I’m starting to get a little desperate 😅

Smells good, but..
Smells good and all, but I find that my hair gets oily faster than when I used moroccanoil volume and loreal professional pro longer. Won't buy again.
