Joe Blasco Tattoo Cover's are extremely high-pigmented creamy products that conceal intense skin discolorations and tattoos. Also excellent for concealing postoperative bruises and other medical conditions. A unique formula with 85% of pigment!
Use:
Cover tattoos with the Joe Blasco Tattoo Cover. Use the layer technique where you apply one layer and gently wash it with water and let it dry - then you apply another layer until you have enough coverage. You can also use powder between the layers until you have enough coverage.
