Easy-to-use peeling for dry skin
Peeling in liquid form with mandelic acid that suits my dry, extremely thin, and sensitive porcelain skin😌 that can't handle just any acids! Mandelic acid is an AHA acid, good for increasing cell renewal, which unfortunately slows down with age. Also good against inflammation! ➡️Easy to use - either you take a little on a cotton pad and swipe it over your face, or if you want to do a gentler version, pour a little in your palm and apply where you want it. I usually apply it on my neck and décolletage about 1 time/week and on my face about 2 times/week. In the advertisement for it, 4-5 times/week on cotton for dry skin is recommended, but that's too much for me! ➡️The brand is cruelty-free, meaning it doesn't test on animals🐶🐱🐲🐶 ➡️It itched and stung for a quarter of an hour the first time. Then it gradually got better! ➡️Smells quite special too: just like new textile bandages🤩???😄 (but unfortunately, I have an excellent sense of smell👃🏻). ✨ A really nice exfoliating toner!
By Wishtrend Mandelic Acid Gentle Exfoliating Toner is the kind of product I like when I want to give my skin a little extra glow while also working on the skin’s texture. I like exfoliating products, but I want them to feel pleasant and easy to use. What I like most is that the toner feels light and smooth on the skin. It’s easy to apply after cleansing and doesn’t leave any heavy or sticky feeling. Instead, the skin feels fresh and ready for the rest of the skincare routine. 🤍 It contains mandelic acid, an AHA acid that exfoliates the skin and helps remove dead skin cells. I find it especially interesting when the skin feels a bit dull or uneven and you want to achieve a softer and fresher feeling. ✨ I also like that mandelic acid is generally considered a milder AHA, which makes it interesting for those who want to start gently with exfoliating skincare. After use, the skin feels softer and I think it gets a nicer glow. I prefer to use exfoliating toner a few times a week rather than overdoing it, as the skin really doesn’t need constant treatment. 😂 This is a product that’s easy to add after cleansing and then follow up with a moisturizing serum and a good cream. Simple, but still feels like a more thoughtful step in the routine. 🥰 For me, it’s mainly the light feeling, the exfoliation, and the fresher feeling afterwards that make this so lovely. The best way is to separate them and use mandelic acid in the evening and vitamin C in the morning. If you use them at the same time, there is a risk of irritation or that the skin feels prickly. It works very well to combine niacinamide with mandelic acid. Niacinamide is soothing and strengthens the skin barrier, which can actually help reduce irritation from the acid.
