An absolute favorite! My hair becomes soft and bouncy every time I use this. I color my hair every other month, and my hair tends to get stiff no matter what I put in it. But not with this one. It gives life and movement to my hair and has saved me from some haircuts. Remember – double shampoo first, squeeze out the water well – and then use the conditioner. I also like to run my hands through my hair repeatedly until all the hair is properly covered. When you hold your hair with conditioner in it, it should "collapse" and become completely "limp."
