Who doesn't like Xlash? 😍
I have now been testing #xlash eye and brow products for a month (and months back) 💕 I've been testing this sensitive eyelash serum since they launched the product. The picture taken before is one that was taken before I tested xlash products, and the picture after shows how my brows look today. Xlash eyelash serum is hyped for several reasons: - suitable for sensitive skin - Developed in Sweden - Free from Prostaglandins - And who doesn't want natural long lashes? I've used this product for over a month (skipping some days but using it since they launched it). My lashes have definitely grown more thanks to this lash serum, however, I don't see as big a difference with my brows. BUT I will continue to use this product anyway, I think it takes a little longer for the lashes to grow compared to the brows. Stings in my eyes
Lyko & xlash, thank you for the trust that I have been given to try this new sensitive series💖 I thought it was really fun to try this serum since I had previously tried xlash, but it was so much that you didn’t think it was particularly strange if it itched a little when you applied a serum😂🤔 I just thought I had sensitive eyes and did my best… but felt no need to buy it again since it still itched and stung a bit, it costs a bit after all, plus I saw no major change other than that my lash cycle was more even. So I didn’t have as much gap or that it looked like someone had been there and suddenly cut them off🤹♀️ but no change so significant that it was worth continuing to buy. Then I let this serum for lashes sit for a while, and especially when it was revealed that they used prostaglandin, I didn’t want to continue using it. But then another brand was released in Sweden that became super popular that I had to test since they didn’t use prostaglandin, there I saw a change! But enough about that, now xlash has released a serum without prostaglandin and I was so excited to try it. Unfortunately, I had to stop very quickly since this stings and itches on me… But even though I can’t 100% review the product and what it does to the lashes, I have a few other thoughts I’ve been considering😇💖 🤖This serum is recommended to be applied 2 times a day = regular xlash should be applied 1 time a day for about 1 month, then 2-3 times a week, but they are the same ml and cost the same, but sensitive will run out much faster, I think🤷♀️ 🤖As previously mentioned, sensitive and the original cost the same, but the original comes in an incredibly luxurious box, and sensitive in a "regular" box, just felt sad when you pay the same amount🙈 and I think it’s incredibly unnecessary to put a product in such a large box? Prostaglandin in the content
Hi! It says that it should be free from prostaglandins, but it contains Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17 (which is classified as a prostaglandin since it is a derivative). It took about 6 weeks, but then the result was visible. Significantly longer lashes, and I also stopped losing lashes during these weeks! Stings
I have previously used Xlash original serum and was fantastically satisfied. Incredibly good results and no discomfort. This one, however, smells weird and it stings incredibly in my eyes no matter how carefully I apply it. Terrible smell
I have used another lash serum from Xlash before that I was extremely satisfied with, but I thought I would try Xlash Sensitive. This smells so bad that I don't know if I can use it at all. Therefore, I haven't used it long enough to say anything about the effect. I don't know if it's a typical «taste and preference» or if something is wrong, but it smells burnt. The first time I used it, I had to check that I hadn't forgotten to turn off the straightener, but I realized the next day that it was the lash serum that smelled! I wish I had taken a before picture, but unfortunately I didn't. This eyelash serum has made my lashes both stronger, longer, and fuller. I use an eyelash curler every day, and I struggle with my lashes often breaking or falling out. I've been using this serum for 5 weeks now and I notice a stooor difference. Before, I was losing lashes every day. Now it's maybe once a week that a lash falls out. They've also gotten much longer. Nice but nothing revolutionary
I got the Xlash sensitive serum in Lyko's box Midsummer Magic. I haven't tested any eyelash serums before since I'm very sensitive around the eyes, so I haven't dared, and there have been prostaglandins in most previous ones, which I absolutely cannot use. But now that I got it and it was sensitive, I felt like I wanted to try it. I haven't had any reaction from it at all; I usually easily get eczema around my eyes, but they have been completely absent. It hasn't itched or stung or irritated in any other way. I started a bit cautiously and only took it once a day for the first few weeks, but then I increased to twice a day until the serum ran out the other day. I don't think my lashes have gotten particularly longer than before, but I feel like they are a bit denser. The difference is especially noticeable when I apply mascara; already with one coat, my lashes become quite long and thick. Otherwise, it usually takes at least 2 coats of mascara to get them right. There isn't a revolutionary difference, so it's not something I will continue with all the time going forward.
