I have bought this serum many times and will never stop buying it. My hair becomes incredibly soft and smells good after use, it also gets a nice shine. I always use this after I blow-dry my hair and every evening to protect my hair from friction. It is oily but I think the hair absorbs the product quickly so it doesn't get too greasy and heavy. Therefore, I would say that if you have fine hair that gets weighed down easily and want your hair to only be soft and shiny from the product, a serum is perfect.
