Pretty good
Pretty good hair color. I used the 4U universal brown color. Fits really well with my pale skin. I recommend washing your hair with a deep cleansing shampoo a couple of days before coloring to remove all excess product residues. And apply the color to dirty hair, it sticks much better! I have quite thick and long hair and made the mistake this time of using only one color pack, even though I needed two. So if you have thick and/or long hair, get two color packs! It doesn’t smell bad either. Did not get a regular brown result

Ruined my hair
Hey I used 7U universal blonde and my hair got completely ruined, never happened before when I dyed or bleached my hair, my hair has a rubbery texture and I am quite upset1 product in post Ruined my hair3109 views- The comment was made 9 monthsit has gotten much better now, still a bit dead but what I did was cut my hair and used a lot of after care treatments and keratin that you get in hair dyes you have bought and left it in the hair for a few hours and it helped a lot, now I look like Lisa Rowe in Girl, Interrupted but I can't complain.
