    Ruined my hair

    Hey I used 7U universal blonde and my hair got completely ruined, never happened before when I dyed or bleached my hair, my hair has a rubbery texture and I am quite upset

      it has gotten much better now, still a bit dead but what I did was cut my hair and used a lot of after care treatments and keratin that you get in hair dyes you have bought and left it in the hair for a few hours and it helped a lot, now I look like Lisa Rowe in Girl, Interrupted but I can't complain.
