Disappointment
Previously a go-to product, but unfortunately this product has now disappointed. The scent was strange and strong, I don't remember ever paying attention to this before. The texture was dry, and after application, my skin looked and felt dry. I tried applying it both with my fingers and with a sponge, but I didn't notice any difference in the result. The shade was also the same as in previous times I've used it, but now it looked weird on my face and not natural at all. However, Lumene has been a trusted brand, and I will definitely continue to use other products. The ingredient list for the product is good and clear. Had high hopes for this product. But no! It cracked almost immediately and my skin looked awful and felt dry. No correcting at all. Rather the opposite... Also, my eyes reacted to the product even though I didn’t have it near my eyes. Cheap and good🥰
For years, I've only used Estée Lauder's Double Wear foundation because I needed a lot of coverage for pimples and blemishes😅 Lately, I've had clearer skin and decided to try a lighter foundation with less coverage. It was Lumene's CC cream in the shade 0.5😍 I liked this soooo much. I now use it for my everyday makeup because it’s so light in texture, easy to blend, and has medium coverage. It almost feels like a moisturizer when I apply it. The most important thing is to choose a product you feel comfortable with and to cleanse the skin thoroughly in the evening.
