Disappointment
Previously a go-to product, but unfortunately this product has now disappointed. The scent was strange and strong, I don't remember ever paying attention to this before. The texture was dry, and after application, my skin looked and felt dry. I tried applying it both with my fingers and with a sponge, but I didn't notice any difference in the result. The shade was also the same as in previous times I've used it, but now it looked weird on my face and not natural at all. However, Lumene has been a trusted brand, and I will definitely continue to use other products. The ingredient list for the product is good and clear. Skeptical at first!
The first tube was used a little, not so satisfied. But then I tried again. Now I use it every day! Even with a job that requires makeup to stay, I choose this one. Perfect coverage! A little glow but not much – just how I prefer it. Easy to apply. Natural look! The only downside is that it disappears during the day. For years, I have only used Estée Lauder’s Double Wear foundation because I needed a lot of coverage for pimples and blemishes😅 Lately, my skin has been clearer, and I decided to try a lighter foundation with less coverage. It was Lumene’s CC cream in the shade 0.5😍I liked this sooo much. I now use it for my everyday makeup because it’s so light in texture, easy to blend, and has medium coverage. It almost feels like a moisturizer when I apply it. Clean girl base 101! 💖
This is really the kind of base I like when I don’t want to feel like I’m wearing a lot of makeup – a little clean girl makeup 🤗💖 I think it evens out the skin nicely without feeling heavy, and the finish is very natural. For me, it’s especially positive that it still looks like skin and doesn’t sit like a thick layer on top. And SUCH a plus with SPF 20!
