Is it true that you have to think about whether your foundation is "same ingredient-based"? I've read that Lumenes Blurs are silicone-based foundations? So you need to be careful to match setting sprays and primers that are water-based? What about this one and Lumenes other primer, are they silicone-based? Milk primers are generally water-based, and they can sometimes clash a bit with silicone-based foundations.
