Use:
EYE SHADOW
-Prime eyes with Prep + Prime 24-Hour Extend Eye Base for added colour intensity and extended wear of shadow for up to 24 hours without creasing or fading.
-Apply over eye area (eyelids and creases) with a 239S Brush, using a pressing motion to build colour for a bolder look.
-Apply over eye area with a 217S Brush, using a circular motion to blend colour for a diffused look.

- Apply directly to lids or waterlines.
