Totally worthless
The color pencil was outside of the pencil when I opened the box. I managed to get it back in and wanted to test it. Absolutely no color came out of the pencil. I dragged and dragged over my hand, but the only thing that happened was that my hand got red streaks because I pressed too hard. - Create a wing with Tattoo Liner in Trooper Black along the upper lash line, then grab a shade of Tattoo Pencil Liner to quickly smudge along the lower lash line and waterline for a smoky vibe. We love Azurite Blue, but it’s totally up to you.
Tightline:
