- Work quickly, one eye at a time—Tattoo Pencil Liner dries fast, so you can set it and forget it.
- To sharpen the pencil, place a tissue on a flat surface and twist the pencil to shape the tip for precision.

Line It:
- Glide the pencil along your eye. For a softer look, use a small, dense brush or your finger to gently smudge the line.
Liquid Smoke:
- Create a wing with Tattoo Liner in Trooper Black along the upper lash line, then grab a shade of Tattoo Pencil Liner to quickly smudge along the lower lash line and waterline for a smoky vibe. We love Azurite Blue, but it’s totally up to you.
Tightline:
- After applying Tattoo Liner along the line, use Tattoo Pencil Liner in Trooper Black or Pyrolusite Brown to fill in any gaps on the upper waterline for a seamless look.
