A product that belongs in the makeup bag
Through #lykoinflutester I received this Plush Melt Blushlighter Rusty Rebel & Hunny Hazee from #rebeccastella. The packaging is very nice, elegant, and fits well in the makeup bag but also to carry with you during the day if you want to touch up your makeup. I am a person who previously wasn’t very fond of blush and was more of a highlighter person. Lately, however, I have started using more blush, and therefore this product is the best of both worlds. The texture is very pleasant and I find it easy to work with. Really like it
I really like this! I use it as the final touch on my makeup to add a bit of extra color and glow. I take a slightly fluffy brush, swirl it around in both the blush and highlighter, and apply it on top of my cheekbones. It gives a very nice combination of color and glow, making the whole makeup look a bit fresher and "finished." It sits nicely over the rest of the makeup without being too much, and both the color and glow are easy to build up. I especially like that the finish looks glowing without being very glittery. Silky Smooth Formula
This is a product that surprised me! I usually don’t like products that are a bit of a “BAM, here’s shimmer!” 😅 But this one is truly an exception! It’s an incredibly light and silky smooth formula that you can build up in intensity and color until it suits you. You can choose either highlighter or blush, but you can also mix them. They also sit very nicely on the skin and give an incredibly beautiful glow to the skin (in the picture I mixed the colors in the more pink container and didn’t build it up). ✨🌸 The only negative I have is the packaging. It’s heavy and sturdy, visually very nice and luxurious. Super pretty 🩷
I got to test this blush/highlighter duo from Rebecca Stella ✨ and here is my opinion: First of all, I want to say that the packaging is absolutely lovely, so sleek and elegant! Who wouldn’t want one like this in their makeup bag 🤭 I really liked this, it looks super nice on and gives a very beautiful result. Perfect to have two products in the same package so you don’t have to carry two different ones 🩷 The product gives a beautiful glow and finish! Such a beautiful shimmer!
Tried these new blush highlighters and do you see what a beautiful shimmer they gave 🥹 So practical that it’s blush and highlighter in one, they blended perfectly together 🙂↕️ Overall super nice packaging that feels luxurious and so nice with mirrors in them!! Even the outside is like a mirror 🤩 If you compare the two palettes available, I liked the one with pink playin and dusty dazzle the most since I love light pink blush and some lighter shades 🌸 The only downside is that it easily rubs off when you touch your face, though not so much that it leaves a stain on the skin, but you get shimmer on your hand if you touch your face. However, it feels like all blush and highlighter with similar formulas don’t fully stick to the skin, so that was a bit expected already.. Otherwise very nice palettes! Definitely a new favorite
Rebecca Stella Plush Melt Blushlighter in the colors Rusty Rebel & Hunny Hazee is a nice product that gives a natural and beautiful glow to the skin. I especially like the creamy texture, which is easy to blend and gives a fresh result without feeling heavy. The colors are also very nice and suit a makeup look with a little extra glow. The only thing I deduct a bit for is that I wish the product was a bit more pigmented and lasted even better throughout the day. Gorgeous Glow!
I got this blush/highlighter in the shade Pink Playin’ & Dusty Dazzle from Lyko to test. It’s a handy combination of blush and highlighter in one. The packaging is really stylish and luxurious with mirror surfaces. The shade is really nice, but for my taste, I would have liked a bit more pigment. However, the product works really well on top of regular blush to add extra glow – and it’s also fantastic as an eyeshadow! 😍 The result is a nice, subtle, and beautiful shimmer that doesn’t go overboard at all. Fantastic beautiful and warm color that is perfect for extending and highlighting the summer glow now after the vacation! The product is well pigmented and gives a lovely, glowing shine without being too glittery. Sooo nice on the skin!
I have, as #lykoinflutester, this time gotten to try #rebeccastella new blushlighter. Blush and highlighter combined🤝🏼 Fun to try something completely new at Lyko🥳 Now to the product itself. I chose to review the shade “pink playing/dusty dazzle” because I thought it was a shade I usually like to use as blush. I’m someone who doesn’t like to wear too much blush or generally wears makeup quite naturally and lightly. But this blushlighter was really buildable as you wish. It gives a very natural and nice glow, absolutely nothing that looks too glittery✨ The product melts really nicely into the skin and becomes so even and glowing. If I want a bit more visible rosy cheeks, I can use the other shade I got home because it is a bit more pigmented and darker. It’s called “rusty rebel/hunny hazee”. The packaging is luxurious and beautiful. However, a bit impractical in the way that all fingerprints show on it, but nothing that disturbs the use or lowers the rating for me at least 🤗 Good that there is a mirror in the lid so you can check yourself when you want to touch up your makeup. Easy-to-use & beautiful blush
The blush's texture is wonderfully soft, and the pigment applies beautifully and evenly on the skin. The stunning shades are easy to blend and build up. The product also works really well as an eyeshadow, making it a versatile addition to the makeup bag. The mirror in the packaging makes applying makeup easier, but unfortunately, the packaging itself doesn't feel very high quality and easily shows fingerprints on the surface.
