VELVET TOUCH LIP LINER with fantastic matt colour pigmentation. The lip liner contains vitamin E and jojoba oil, which care for your lips and nourish them while you wear it. Use the pencil to frame and define the natural form of your lips. You can use it as either liner or lipstick. VELVET TOUCH LIP LINER is waterproof and long lasting.

How to use:
1. First exfoliate your lips, and then moisturise them with lip balm. If necessary, wipe off excess lip balm.

2. Then use VELVET TOUCH LIP LINER to outline the outer edge of your lips. Draw directly on the edge for a natural look, or slightly over the edge for a look with fuller lips.

Tip! Draw an X at the centre of the upper lip and a thick vertical line in the middle of the lower lip. This forms a kissing pout, while highlighting and defining your natural lip form.
