    I had really dull blonde hair with green tones. Got tips about this treatment. I have thick hair with fine strands. ➕ really removes green tones and gives new life to tired and dull hair ➖ first took one packet but felt like I needed another. Maybe because my hair was so 'saturated'. Therefore, I didn't find it to be a particularly economical product.

    The hair smells like metal

    I tested this product today for the first time, and the hair started to smell like metal in the shower and even now afterwards (the hair is pretty much dry now). Does this happen again? Does it mean I need to do more treatments until it stops smelling like metal? I feel my hair is dry and frizzy after the treatment. I shampooed with Waterclouds Repair Shampoo after the treatment, followed up with Olaplex mask, and finished with Lanza Butter Conditioner.

It may take an additional 1-2 treatments to completely cleanse the hair.     I have extremely hard water as I live in the countryside. I have previously bleached my hair at the salon. Used 2 packets of this exactly according to the instructions. Noticed absolutely no difference in my hair whatsoever😅

      Hey Alicia! 🥰 You can start by using it once a week to really wash out the buildup. After that, you can use it a bit less often, maybe every 3rd to 4th wash depending on your needs 🤍 I wouldn't say it damages the hair much, but it is definitely "stronger" than a regular shampoo 😊 Take care 🌸

    Incredibly effective, but expensive!

    I live partly in the countryside where we have extremely hard water and our own well. When I'm there, it only takes two washes before my hair gets really weird. My slightly self-curly and highlighted/gray hair becomes coarse, yellow, and there's not much of a curl/wave left. I bought the whole kit from Malbu C hard water and wow! What a transformation! My hair became soft, the curls could be scrunched back up, and the yellow tone disappeared. The shampoo and conditioner come with a few of these packets, and I've used them about every 4th wash (I use shampoo + conditioner more often). When I supplement with the packets, the effect is more wow than without, but since there aren't that many packets included in the kit, it would be nice to be able to buy more. This is where this otherwise five-star product gets four ⭐️ from me. I bought the whole kit - shampoo, conditioner, and the treatment packets - for around five hundred. Buying individual packets for around 60 bucks is almost ridiculously expensive 😢 Maybe there are cheaper options elsewhere, because these products are here to stay in my bathroom cabinet 👌😊
