Over-the-counter retinoid products are absolute elite and honestly my favorite products among all skincare products. This retinaldehyde product has not irritated my skin even with frequent use, as retinol products sometimes do. Very pleasant texture and a mild, pleasant scent (usually I would give minus points for fragrance, but in this product it didn't bother me at all). The gradually increasing strengths in the product are an excellent thing, easy to switch to a milder version during the brighter times of the year and back to a more effective treatment when desired. Expensive product, but worth the money and also quite economical.
